From a logo on an existing model to a fully new housing. Below is what is realistic at each volume — no vague “customisation available” claims.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 500 pcs for card wallets, phone cases and power banks, 1,000 pcs for GaN wall chargers and travel adapters, and 2,000 pcs for charging cables. Logo printing on stocked card wallets starts at 100 pcs.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. DOWELL operates a 6,000 m² plant on Siheng Road, Yanbu, Foshan — with in-house mould making, injection moulding, SMT and four assembly lines — ISO 9001:2015 certified and BSCI audited since 2019.
How long does a sample take?
7 working days for stocked models, and 15 working days when a custom logo, colour or retail packaging is required. Sample cost is refunded against the first bulk order.
Which certifications can you provide?
CE, RoHS, EMC, LVD and ERP for chargers and lighting; UN38.3 and IEC 62133 for power banks; FCC for US buyers; REACH and PAHs on request. Test reports are issued in your company name.
What is the production lead time?
25 to 30 days after deposit and artwork approval for 500 to 5,000 pcs, and 30 to 40 days above 20,000 pcs. Repeat orders normally run 3 to 5 days faster.
Can you print our logo and produce our packaging?
Yes. Debossed, laser-etched, UV-printed or silk-screened logos, Pantone colour matching, custom retail boxes, blister packs and Amazon FBA labelling are all done on site.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy, by T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance or L/C at sight. We ship FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen, CIF to your port, or DDP door delivery including duty.
